On Stress…

Good afternoon. Thank you for making space in your day to read this post. Life has felt incredibly overwhelming, as there is a lot of personal things I am working on, currently. It is all very exciting, but it is piling up and that leads to more stress and anxiety in my life. One of my 2019 goals was to stay consistent with my blog and I *almost* did not have a post this week… my stress reached a peak.

It is so easy to lose site of your long term goals when life gets overwhelming. A bad habit I have is spending more time worrying about what will happen “if…..” rather than placing my energy into finding solutions.

Create a space for yourself this afternoon and just be proud of what you’ve done and what you are working toward. Be proud of the achievements you have made. Focus on solutions, rather than stressing about the problem; ease your mind by making a plan. And know that no one has it all figured out so it’s an unrealistic expectation to set yourself.

You got this. Conquer this day, this week, and just be proud of that.
